This was between 1.5 and 2 pounds although I did set the dough cycle for 1.5 and then baked at 350 F for 30 minutes.  It turned out perfectly.  Thanks so much for sharing!]]></description>

I tweaked it to make it dairy free by substituting about 1 1/4 cups vanilla flavored soy milk for the water and dry milk and it still turned out very well.  The dough seemed dry at first, so I added a little more soy milk (hence the 1 1/4 cups).  Will definitely make this again.]]></description>
