I left out the applesauce and used a little less brown sugar and milk all to compensate for the 3 1/2 black bananas I hated to just throw out. I will definitely make the recipe again as written though. It came out very yummy with the changes and I imagine it would be still be very yummy as written. Thanks for a nice healthy recipe.
