I made these for Christmas morning. So yummy!
I cut each biscuit in half and wrapped it around a small chunk of cream cheese instead of rolling them out. I didn't put in the cinnamon/sugar but my fingers were covered from rolling. I rolled each biscuit ball in cinnamon/sugar and then melted butter and then back in the c/s and dropped in the pan. Any leftover c/s and butter were poured in the pan over the top.
This recipe could be modified to be savory. My mom and I were considering the possibilities. Rosemary, garlic, thyme, etc!
