		<description><![CDATA[Took this to a brunch today and everyone loved it!! I used half oil/half applesauce, added fresh nutmeg and ginger, and used regular walnuts.  It was so easy and so moist.  Everyone complimented it and fought over he last piece.  Definitely a keeper!!]]></description>
