Best corn muffins I’ve ever made! They are tender and light with a true corn flavor. I managed to get 29 good size muffins from this recipe. Make these, you won’t regret it!

I have been searching for a corn muffin recipe for a long time now that can compare to the old KFC corn muffins. And while this wasnt quite the same, soooo good none the less! My husband said I HAD to keep this recipe!
