I added some demerara sugar to the tops before baking to give them a crunchy texture and it was delicious. They took almost 30 minutes to bake but I have a feeling that’s just my oven because it’s quite a common occurance. Thanks for these!

I made 12 muffins so it did make a larger muffin that usual but they were great. I added 3 minutes to the bake time since my muffins were on the larger size!
