I think the secret is roasting the bananas and of course, the streusel topping! I divided the batter and made a large loaf and mini loaf, they were both perfect-sized loafs.

This was the best banana bread I have ever had in my life. It is so moist and delicious. The crumb topping makes it that much better! I will never make another recipe again.
