I’m not much of a baker so I thought maybe the measurements were right for this bread. Boy, was I wrong!! The bread is frankly horrible. 5 teaspoons of baking powder and no sugar should have been a clue for me. I didn’t even get to the icing part because the ‘bread’ was inedible.

Maybe it’s the 5 tsp of baking powder or no egg or sugar but it’s just not quite right. I almost didn’t trust it but decided to give it a try and it’s just not quire right.
