This recipe was so easy and delicious! I didn't have nutmeg, so I used 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice instead of the 1/2 tsp of cinnamon & 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. The loaf only lasted a day between my boyfriend and me!!

This turned out great! It was quick and easy -- the hardest part was waiting for it to cool enough to slice and eat! My husband said simply, "Keep this recipe." High praise, indeed!

Had some overripe bananas hanging out in my kitchen and decided to throw together a quick banana bread. This recipe was great for a quick, painless and ultimately delicious banana bread.
I didn't have any unsalted butter, so I just didn't throw in any extra salt that the recipe called for. Still turned out very well!
