Great recipe! Made minor modifications (1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup applesauce). Such an easy recipe! Will be making this again.

This made a dense, moist bread, with lots of banana flavor and not too sweet — just the way we like it. Per my husband’s request, next time we’ll stir in some walnuts. This is a keeper recipe. Thanks!

Very simple quick and delicious. My kids love it and didn’t even have any nuts or chocolate chips on hand…they are going to love it even more next time! I couldn’t find my loaf pan and had to use a bundt pan and only needed to cook it approx. 40 min. Good stuff!

I made this gluten free, reduced the sugar and used 5 bananas and it was delicious!

I’m not the best a measuring out ingredients. So I made one loaf with 3 bananas and one loaf with 2 bananas. The one with 3 came out of the oven first and it’s a hit. Between my 3 children and myself we’ve eaten about half of the loaf already. I’ll let you know on the other loaf, but it looks great as well!
