		<description><![CDATA[These are wonderful. I used 1/4 cup of applesauce to reduce the butter and swapped natural yogurt for the sour cream because that’s what I had on hand. I also used 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup all-purpose. They were stunning. So moist and tasty. Next time I’ll add some walnuts! Only 150 calories per muffin. Not bad! Try them, they’re delicious.]]></description>

I used Wheatena cereal instead of AllBran, used 1 Cup of old-fashioned oats, since I didn&#039;t have any wheat germ, and used buttermilk instead of sour cream.  Since these are all pretty much one-to-one subs, I think my results are what I would expect if I used the recipe exactly.

I will take these to work for breakfast or a snack this week.

Oh, I also added 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts.  I almost added some chopped dates, and I think that would be really good too.]]></description>
