I’ve already eaten two of them and my 2yr old daughter is rapidly demolishing hers as well. They are very good,…I have to wonder though if maybe I could add a little sauteed onion or something else to them as well. I had enough popover batter left that I could have made about 4 more but I only have the one muffin pan Thanks for the great recipe!
