These were pretty good but they needed more apple flavor. Probably next time I will add apple pie spice.

I made these for our Easter Bruch and they were wonderful. A perfect blending of flavors and texture. I used Granny Smith apples which gave the muffins a bit of a bite and substituted butter for the oil (I was out of cooking oil). I didn’t need the muffin papers – they came out of the pan just fine with a light coating of floured cooking spray. Needless to say there are only a very few left for leftovers today! Thanks!

These are SO good! I made the mistake of putting in way too many apples (trying to use up what I had on my counter) and they didnt set up very well, but otherwise, YUM!

These were good, but a little bland. I think I’ll experiment with butter or more spice next time.
