One that adds materials by the cup and one that adds them by three cups.  I guess it just depends how much starter you want to begin with.

However, I would tend to lean towards one that uses the one cup measurements and includes yeast.]]></description>

One thing we like to do to ours is sprinkle some  additional cinnamon sugar on top of the loaf before we put it in the oven.  It just adds that extra little sweet kick for the taste buds along with that nice crunchy coating on top.]]></description>
