		<description><![CDATA[About the food processor - I haven&#039;t tried it and I&#039;m not sure if it&#039;d work or not.  My advice would be to shred the cheese as finely as you can and soften the butter, then mix it up with your hands. 

I think the softened butter would be OK because you&#039;ll still have all the individual cheese shreds to melt into the crackers as they bake for a flaky texture.
