I had this at a tapas restaurant a while back and thought it was the best thing EVER.

I made this for a few friends one night and it was gobbled right up! SO GOOD!

I can’t wait to make this!! I had a dish very similar to this at Cafe Ba Ba Ree Ba (a tapas restaurant) in Chicago years ago. It was amazing. This sounds exactly like it. I guess I’ll be stopping at the store tonight.

I started making this after having it as an appetizer while out at a little Italian ristorante. Delicious and guests always seem to think it takes so much more work than it does, so a great crowd pleaser!
