Forgot to add that I could not find camembert so I opted to use goat cheese and parmesan mixed.
Next time I may just spread some spicey mustard on their before the cheese.

made these last night! What a genius idea, I loved how easy the criss-cross pattern was but it upped the ante on the “gourmet factor” 10-fold. I only had gruyere on hand which was rich and delicious. I’m excited about the endless filling possibilities!

I’m loving mushrooms right now! A guy at the farmers market has brought a mushroom stand and I’m having so much fun trying new types. Thanks for this one!
