Our jalapenos were a bit too spicy, so I will use diced green chilies next time. I made a double batch and let the logs stay in the freezer for an hour before cutting. It made the pinwheels smaller, but just as tasty and it was so much easier to cut after being in the freezer. You cannot go wrong in making these tasty treats!

I sprinkled them with sharp cheddar before rolling up. I definitely recommend freezing them until firm before slicing, helps with the presentation.
