Great to idea to just roll the thing in cheese. Somehow I missed that it called for pepper jack so I used mozzarella and chopped up a few pepperoni and jalapeños to make up for it. Literally just s couple rings–5 or 6. Can’t wait to enjoy on Christmas Eve!
