		<description><![CDATA[This looks similar to the sauce I created after eating at Gyro&#039;s here in Dayton, Ohio, however, I don&#039;t peel my cucumber, I drain my cucumber after shredding it, and I add about 1/4 c finely chopped red onion to the mixture. It is wonderful on bread, crackers, chips, sandwiches, and on felafel pita sandwiches it is to die for!
