They ended up being really flat with just slightly upturned corners. The second sheet I rolled out to 10X10 and then cut again into 16 squares. This batch ended up being more cup shaped with crispy lightly browned edges. I also had extra filling so it’s fine if you scant the cheese, tapenade and tomatoes a bit.
