This was gone in about 20 minutes. Kids and hubs both loved it! I made it on the stove in a skillet.

Super good and easy! My husband loves a chili con queso dip from one of our favorite restaurants and he said this was MUCH better! This will be an appetizer staple!

Sooooo yummy! I made it as an appetizer for Thanksgiving football viewing and it was a hit with all the ages. I quadrupled the recipe and used my 4 qt crockpot and it fit perfectly. I served with tortilla chips, Fritos Scoops, and french bread slices. Mmmmmmmm. Thanks so much!

Wow, this is addictive! I could not imagine why this seemingly simple Mexican dip was getting such rave reviews. I decided to give it a try when we were having a dinner party last night. I ran to Target and purchased a 1.5 qt. mini crockpot (mine is 4 qts…way too big) for $15. When I was browning the beef, I threw the remaining ingredients into the crockpot. The whole process from starting the recipe to the crockpot was 10 minutes. Every 30 minutes, I would give it a quick stir to help the cream cheese incorporate into the dip. I cooked it on low for 2 hours, but it was just fine at 90 minutes. Served it with tortilla chips, and it was amazing! I love recipes like this!

Very tasty with tortilla chips and also surprisingly good with baby carrots and sliced cucumbers. Hubby-approved.

This is SO good! Cudos to the chief! I made it for NYE and for the big NFL playoff game and the reviews were unbelievable! So easy, so good, so perfect! I used medium enchilada sauce and really like the little kick it gives it. This is going to be my new “go to” recipe for parties now! Thank you!!!
