I&#039;m glad I did because we found it plenty spicy and I think I may actually cut it back to 3/4 of a tsp. next time.  A keeper for sure!  Oh yeah, to cut down on sticking on the grill, I used non-stick tin foil underneath.  Worked great!]]></description>

Red pepper, the powder also called cayanne pepper in the US.  You could substitute the flakes if you don&#039;t have the powder - or even Tabasco - To me Tabasco makes everythig better lol - for an extra kick you can add some fresh minced ginger as well...hope you enjoy!]]></description>
