Made these for a Daytona 500 party and they were a big hit. I thought they were very easy to make, delicious and great looking, too. I think the next time I make them, though, I will change the sauce on top. It wasn't my favorite, though it was good and I had no complaints. I just think I might try something a bit different - maybe a hoisin sauce with a bit of mayo? Anyway, thanks for a great recipe. It's a keepeer!!

I am making these for tomorrow. They look awesome! Remind me of the rendition of PF Chang's lettuce wraps that I make.... minus the lettuce

For an easy way to get those won ton wrappers down in the mini-muffin pans .... especially if you have any length to your finger nails.. Find an appropriately sized prescription pill bottle, fold the wrapper (from the bottom up) onto the pill bottle then stick into the muffin pan.. you still have to be careful of tearing the wrapper (be sure they are pliable and not too dried out) but I only tore two out of 5 dozen after adopting this method... using my fingers I tore a dozen or more.

I make these just the same way but use ground round. I am going to try the ground turkey. I wrap mine like an asian dumpling freeze them on a cookie sheet till frozen then store in freezer bag by portions. When I want to use them, I thaw in frifrigerator and fry in a little canola oil. They make great appetizers and kids love them.
