I made these a couple of weeks ago and they were wonderful! I used plain breadcrumbs and spiced them with garlic powder and italian seasoning. I made them ahead of time and put them in the freezer. Then when needed, I baked them and served them hot.

We ate them as an appetizer/snack with a simple vegetable dip. Really good!

I would recommend these to anyone. Very light and filling.

These were delicious. This recipe makes a lot, so unless you have a big family you might want to cut the recipe in half. Regardless, they're so good, it's not like they'll go to waist. (Tasted just as good reheated!)

I have a very, very similar recipe. The ingredients are the same except it calls for Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned bread crumbs specifically and also for freshed minced garlic. The only real difference is that it doesn't say to pre-cook the spinach. You just thaw the frozen spinach, squeeze out the water, and mix it all together. The spinach cooks in the oven. Try it this way - it'll save you a step and lots of time.

This has easily become one of our favorite, quick, turn to recipe. The spinach balls are so easy to whip together and the flavor is fantastic! We toss them in with spaghetti and a light tomato sauce. You never miss the meat and they are extremely filling! The first time I made them I cut the recipe in half, but my husband loved them so much that he asked me to start making the full recipe. Thanks for sharing!!!

I used olive oil instead of butter, and the oil made little puddles around the the spinach balls after baking. I think it would have tasted better with the butter, so next time I think I'll do half butter/half oil and see how that works out. Even witht the oil puddles, they were pretty stinkin' good.

These are fantastic and so easy to make! I tossed them in with our favorite spaghetti and it was a huge hit. My husband was a little leery at first, but once he took a bite, he turned and said they were awesome. Always a good reaction. Thanks for sharing!!

These were awesome! I'm checking out recipes to make for my wedding reception and I think these will definitely be on the menu! The only bad thing is that I'm on a strict diet and I only got to have one!
