		<description><![CDATA[Love this dip - as a fan of both Hummus and Feta I can say that this is the perfect mixture for me. Love the fresh spinach in there and might try to add a little more to get the same color. It&#039;s a little thick (especially after refrigerated) so I might add some water or liquid from the garbanzo beans next time to see whether that would make it creamier. It makes a lot of dip so just for the two of us I might half the recipe next time. For a party it is just right though. :)]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[This is always a huge hit whenever I make it!  People are always asking me for the recipe...it is epic!  I add more spinach (which for me gives it the same color as the picture), decrease the olive oil and feta (sometimes, depending on how strong of a feta I use), add more garlic, much less red pepper flakes...it&#039;s very forgiving and easy to tweak based on your audiences&#039; preferences.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I found it heavy on the garlic for some reason.  I used the amount called for, and normally I love garlic, so maybe those 2 cloves just happened to be super strong?  I will definitely try this again though, very unique flavor and a great switch up from your average hummus.]]></description>
