		<description><![CDATA[we love these! i used to send these back to college with my boys.  no, they are not baked.  i use a  huge pickle jar for mine, and also turn every 15 minutes.  they will last for a while as long as they are sealed--more likely, they will be eaten first!  better the longer they sit.]]></description>
