This review is just for the blue cheese dip; I didn't make the chicken wings. The dip was great, and I liked the flavor, but I had to double the amount of blue cheese, otherwise it was a bit runny. Once I added the extra cheese, the dip was perfect. I would definitely make it again.

Usually I don't go for sweet wings, but these were wonderful. Having said that I don't like sweet wings I have to add that I doubled the sugar in this. Fickle aren't I? My goodness, wonderful stuff. I think the egg yolk added something special and creamy to the sauce.
I have to add that I didn't broil the wings (always seem to burn everything I try to broil) just used my trusty thick aluminum broiling pan (left over from an old boiler oven I had back in the 60s) and without adding any oil at all bake these little devils for exactly 1 hour at 350F. They were nice and crispy. I sprinkled some salt on first (I LOVE salt)
Thank you for sharing this.
