It was so easy! I got only 2 scoops of it and it was gone! Delicious! Several people asked me for the recipe.

I used non-fat refried black beans on the bottom and a honey jalapeno rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. I cannot wait to make this again so that I can actually get to eat it.
