		<description><![CDATA[I agree, missamylin, I added 1 tsp of dill pickle juice in the above recipe. It made all the difference. I also added some diced jalapeno pepper (about 2 tablespoons) just for a hint of heat.

 A plus is that, I have more than double the amount of cheese spread I would get from that known South Carolina company would give me for $4  for 8 oz. It taste just like their jalapeno cheese spread. I&#039;m so happy at my success.]]></description>
