I do not use the breadcrumbs but hmm…might have to try it. Usually when I make these I also do mushrooms along with it. I cut the stems of my ‘shrooms and add it to the filling mix. Just stuff the ‘shrooms & peppers. Truly a simple recipe but excellent flavor! The go so fast, guaranteed winner!
