I found this recipe just in time to make these for a get together. It was supposed to be a backyard feast complete with bonfire but the weather did not cooperate. The faux smores were a huge hit! I’ve made them several times since then. My kids loves them! YUM!!!!!!

I leave off the top cracker, though. They are so simple and delicious with the salty/sweet combo. I use regular peanut butter for the kids and Nutella for myself. Then, put three mini mallows on top and broil for until toasty. YUM!
