I have to admit, I didn&#039;t do the first steps with the butter, I just used the raspberry jalepeno mixture as a glaze about a halfway through the cooking time on my oven baked wings. I used mild green chilis in place of the fire roasted jalepenos, because thats what I had on hand -  but these would be deliciously spicy as written.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Janetinmaine - No, the jalapenos in the can are not pickled.  The can actually says fire roasted I believe.  I got them in the Mexican section of the grocery store, next to the green chiles.  I am not sure if pickled jalapenos will give it the kick and spice, but if they are spicy, then I&#039;m sure you could use those too!
