We have been doing mushroom’s with tequila for awhile now. Really adds some zing to the mushrooms (we aren’t wine people). Had to cook about 10 minutes longer but came out perfect. Maybe my oven needs calibrating.

Both pizza’s were really good and will definitely be making them again.
