		<description><![CDATA[I used a slightly modified version of this recipe this past Halloween. I boiled the seeds in salted water first, then let them dry before carrying out the rest of the recipe. I&#039;d leave a review for it, but since I don&#039;t eat them, I only have second hand information to go on -- but everyone loved them and they were taken home by a friend of mine.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[You know, here in Guatemala the pepita is crashed (my mom blends it) to make a seasoning for green mangos (unripe mangos), which are then eaten with that and orange or lemon juice... it´s a great snack! And then there is the pepitoria, which is the green part inside of these pepitas, and can be used just like sesame seeds.]]></description>
