Great for lunch boxes. It took me and my 9-year old less than 15 minutes to make these, and he was thrilled that he didn’t have to wait for them to bake and cool before eating, but I do think they taste better after chilling for awhile.
You definitely need to use marshmallow bits – I only had mini-marshmallows so I used those instead of the bits, but they weren’t the right texture and didn’t provide enough marshmallow flavor.
