		<description><![CDATA[This was quite good, based on how much of it I have now &quot;tasted&quot; since making it. :) I made it with air-popped popcorn (1/2 c. unpopped corn) and unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter. I ended up adding some salt, of course (1/2. teaspoon) and accidently added twice as much vanilla (so hard to pour into a 1/4 teaspoon!) It wasn&#039;t too sweet, salty or vanilla-y. It didn&#039;t harden up like I thought it would, but has a caramel-like texture. PS: One tip if you air pop--use two big bowls. &quot;Air-lift&quot; the popcorn from the first bowl into the other to separate the unpopped kernals. When those are removed, you can also more evenly pour the peanut sauce if the popcorn is divided. Yum, and thanks for sharing!]]></description>
