I did tweak it by adding roughly 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder (all of my cloves had started sprouting or I would have finely grated one of them) and maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper to the seasoning, and I substituted buttermilk for regular milk. Very easy to make and a total crowd pleaser for TV-watching parties.]]></description>
