These are a family favorite! I’ve had much better luck with this method than with previous recipes I’ve tried that have you toss the potatoes in olive oil.

simple, yet perfect! My only mistake was not making enough. My 5 year old told me to make sure I don’t lose this recipe because it’s the best ever ha ha.
