Used Tofutti cream cheese, 1/3 c kalamata olives and 1/3 cup spanish olives with pimentos. I had a taste just now (closing in on midnight) and it is DELICIOUS! My husband is lactose intolerant so I couldn’t use real cream cheese but I think the real flavor comes from the olives/scallions. Thanks for the amazing recipe! I think our friends will love it. :)

I made this today and OMG, it is so good. I made a small tweak- I used kalamata olives and spanish olives stuffed with pimentos in place of the black/spanish olives, and used only 5oz total, due to the strong flavor of both. And I gotta say, I am in love. Creamy, delicious, salty, and with a hint of bright onion flavor from the scallions.

Awesome dip! A new favorite of mine.
