I used pre-made pesto because I couldn’t find the dried spice, and I threw the tomatoes in food processor. They were amazing. I did not, unfortunately, watch them carefully (as it says in the recipe) so a bunch of them got burnt. But the ones that weren’t were, as I already said, AMAZING.
