Super easy to make; I like to mix up the ranch & sour cream and cook the bacon ahead of time then assemble it all just before serving. Kids love this one, too!

I love loaded baked potatoes so I had to make it myself. I didn’t have dry ranch dressing but I did have ranch dressing. I used that with less sour cream and it still came out great. I had some the following day and it was even better. I will def. make this again and refrigerate it for a bit before serving. YUM YUM
