I originally assembled it for our Superbowl party, but froze it once we saw that we had too much food! I brought it out this weekend when we had company and everyone inhaled it! Delicious! The peppers provide a nice crunch, while the corn and blackbeans give it a great flavor. Top that off with cream cheese, taco seasoning, and cheese, and you’ve got one heck of a snack!
