To save time, I will use two large cans of chicken which works equally well. Also, if blue cheese doesn’t rock your boat, you can substitute ranch entirely, or go 50/50 to cut the blue cheese taste. Monterey Jack is my cheese of choice!

I use sharp cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella…It can be a bit oily from the cheese and the Franks Hot Wing Sauce (it contains butter). To eliminate some of the oil, lightly touch a paper towel to the top and absorb what you can. My gang like to use Scoops (Doritos) with this dip. It’s become a standard at our football parties.
