		<description><![CDATA[This is a favorite around here. I use sharp cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella...It can be a bit oily from the cheese and the Franks Hot Wing Sauce (it contains butter). To eliminate some of the oil, lightly touch a paper towel to the top and absorb what you can. My gang like to use Scoops (Doritos) with  this dip. It&#039;s become a standard at our football parties.
