I just made this for the OSU game today...it was delicious and HOT! I did change it a bit. I added more cheddar cheese (1/4 c), a little more jalapenos with the seasoned onions and carrots that come in the can (I did this b/c I needed to finish them off), then I added between 1 1/2 and 2 cups of chicken that I pulled from a roasted chicken which I threw in my food processor to dice up (that was a leftover I wanted out of my fridge as well). I added all the rest of the ingredients back in the the processor to mix, poured it into a casserole dish and baked it. So yummy!! Hottest dip I have ever had but sooo addicting! Thanks!
