		<description><![CDATA[Sorry, I just saw this.   I don&#039;t have any suggestions for that.  I know I get some fat on top from the cheese when I make it, but most people just inhale the dip.  I wonder if you tossed some of the cheese with a little cornstarch if that wouldn&#039;t bind it a little better?  I&#039;ll try it and let you know.]]></description>
