Actually, maybe I shouldn’t say that; I didn’t have quite as much spinach as called for (5 ounces) and I had only 7 1/2 ounces of artichokes, but I was really pleased anyway. When I’ve made other recipes, they have separated and gotten watery, despite using regular cream cheese, but this didn’t, even with the lower fat cream cheese. I think it would only be better if you used all the spinach and artichokes called for. Loved it.

It comes out just like you get in the restaurants. My only suggestion is to divide it into two smaller baking dishes so that you can stagger them and always have hot, bubbly dip!
