Yum! So very good and rather easy too! Family “snarfeld” them up! I omitted the garlic (personal preference). They took a little longer than 30 minutes to be crispy and brown – but well worth it!

These were very delicious, and definitely good practice with my knife skills. I need to work on slicing them more evenly. Wonderful recipe!

So I made them and I guess my oven isn’t that great. I needed to leave them in closer to 30 minutes, they were still a bit soggy when I went to eat them

Really tasty-I was rushed when I made these and didn’t get them entirely even so some of ours were more chippy than others but they were all good! It got a thumbs up from all 3 members of our family which is really rare!

Sooo good! I had no idea making potato chips was so easy! I was a little afraid of the herbes de provence, thinking it might lend a perfumey flavor. Not at all. They are so savory and unique. They lasted about 10 minutes. Thanks for a great recipe!
