I think there's a typo in the recipe....on here you call for 5 1/2 cups of flour but on your blog you list it as 1 1/2 cups. I'm betting it's supposed to be the 1 1/2.

I made these today and we all (4 kids, hubby and I) love them. However, I couldn't give them 5 stars because I think something is left out of the recipe. Once this was mixed it was like powder (my sister tried this recipe and had the same issue). I ended up mixing in 1 cup of water (1/4 cup at a time) and then the dough was a good texture. I followed the recipe for chilling the dough and then rolled it thin (probably more like 1/8 of an inch, they do rise when you cook them) baked them for 12 min and they were perfect. I will definitely make them again, they are delicious! Thank you for sharing!
