We made these last night. They were really great. We took the extra time to take the skin off the wings - and they tasted almost as good as Hooter's Skinless Wings - which are our favorite. I made about 25 wings - and so I doubled the flour mixture - and really I think it would have been enough just with the amount of flour mixture the recipe calls for. But the sauce was great, and they really crisped up when cooked (we also preheated the pan while preheating the oven). Make sure you really grease your pan - we had to soak it for a while before we could wash the pan even after putting Pam on it. But these were really awesome - and much healthier than restaurant wings, I'm sure. This will be our go-to wing recipe from now on. Thanks!!

These wings look better than most. I can add more cayenne and hot paprika. In other words build the fire in them. I hope you don't mind the changes I want to make. Will get 3 or 4 lbs of wings next trip to store.
Thanks for sharing. God Bless.
